For many years, people from distant neighborhoods of Istanbul have traveled to Kocasinan to dine at Kanatçı Haydar, often requesting that Haydar Asan open branches closer to their neighborhoods. However, concerned about maintaining the same high quality of products, Haydar Asan had to postpone the expansion for future years. As the industry he pioneered continued to grow, so did the availability of quality supplies. This allowed him to take the first step in expanding from İstanbul to various cities across Türkiye and he opened the new branch at Beylikdüzü Skyport in 2019. Since its opening day, Kanatçı Haydar has been serving with its founding principles and delighting the regular customers with its signature dishes. The new location at Beylikdüzü Skyport is now eagerly awaiting to welcome its valued guests.
